E-Book (PDF) purchases
Availability
In principle PDF files are available from all our publications. Complete publications usually only after the printed version is out of print.
Since the maintenance and usability of the PDF format depends on the support of the software companies, Pfeil-Verlag can unfortunately not guarantee the unlimited usability of the files we create.

The PDF files are protected by copyright
A printout of the PDF files is only allowed for personal use. Duplication of printings, re-digitization and the transmission of texts and illustrations are not permitted. The personal certificate and password may not be passed on to third parties.
Opening and reading the e-book (PDF) files can only be guaranteed on standard PC and Mac computers using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If other PDF software or operating systems for tablets and smartphones are used, problems may occur when opening the files.
Prices
Books: The prices can be found in our catalog or online shop.
Journals and individual chapters from journals, serials and books: 10 € basic amount per order (including the first 10 pages) and 0,50 € per page from the 11th page. Please refer to the table of contents for the length of contributions.
Orders
Orders can be sent to us via the online shop, by using the PDF order form, or informally by e-mail (pdf@pfeil-verlag.de). All we need is your name and address for invoicing. You will then receive an order confirmation incl. price and link for the payment processing. For orders via the online shop and immediate payment, the file can be provided without detours.
Completion
As soon as possible, but depending on our office hours and the desired order, we will send you the order confirmation. After payment you will receive the PDF file(s) together with your personal certificate and the corresponding password by e-mail. For larger files a download option will be provided for a period of one month after the invoice has been issued. You will receive the invoice for your order by e-mail.
In order to be able to open the encrypted PDF files, the password-protected personal certificate must be installed at the first order, which then remains on the computer. All files encrypted with this certificate can then be opened on this computer.
Libraries and journal subscriptions
